These are masks my daughter has been personally and single handedly 'creating' for the New Year's Eve Masquerade Ball. Really gorgeous and creative.

A request before my little 'break' for a triple layered necklace featuring silvery grey/black flowers and matching swarovski pearls. New camera not in use yet so this has been taken using my trusty P & S digital.

Christmas is over and in the 'quiet' hours I'm finishing off some pieces to be mailed this coming week.....trying to do up some new pieces too with the new gemstones I received before the Christmas break. Stay tuned.

DECEMBER 24, 25 2009......

And so this is Christmas.....and what have we here...

The house is all set and ready to welcome our dear guests tomorrow. Tonight we will celebrate Christ's birth with a family dinner at the Raffles Hotel. A yearly tradition. Tonight is special. My mum joins us tonight as my sister and her family are in NY visiting my nephew who is on an assignment in New York....brrrrr....hope they're keeping warm.

Till then....I'm off to get set and get ready.
